Our founder, Captain Fareed Al-Arabi, spent decades traveling the world through the nature of his work, visiting more than half of the world’s countries. With every destination, his passion for coffee traveled with him. He explored local cafés, tasted regional blends, and immersed himself in the unique coffee cultures that define each society. From traditional brews to modern methods, he carefully observed how taste, preparation, and coffee rituals differed from one place to another.

Over time, these experiences led to a powerful realization: coffee is not simply a commodity—it is a science, a craft, and a complete world of its own.

True quality in coffee is never accidental. It is built on clear standards, technical precision, and continuous development. When the time was right, Captain Fareed committed himself fully to this vision. He began studying coffee science in depth, analyzing the Egyptian market, building trusted supplier networks, and selecting professional production lines capable of delivering consistent, high-quality results. He explored every segment of the industry—from commercial coffee to specialty coffee—testing, learning, and refining each step of the process.
