Colombia sets the standard for a balanced cup. Grown at altitude on steep Andean slopes and hand-picked at peak ripeness, our Colombia specialty coffee is sweet and lively without ever being sharp: caramel up front, a crisp red-apple brightness, and a gentle citrus finish.

It's the all-rounder of our range. Brew it as espresso for a sweet, balanced shot, or on a V60 or Chemex to let the fruit come forward. Good black, good with milk.
